Free Shipping is offered for orders in Australia over $100 AUD via our standard shipping options. If you live in the Metro area it may get to you faster than anywhere outside our Mail Carrier's Australian metro zone. 

We have a 'no signature needed' standard shipping policy, please make sure you check your neighbours who may be keeping your Glossy Boys safe for you, under planters, behind post boxes (and inside!), or with corporate desks if you are sending to an office. Make sure you look thoroughly for your parcel, it might be placed somewhere to keep it out of the sun or rain.

If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with members of your household, body corporate/building management and even with your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping. Once you have checked all possible delivery locations and still have no luck in finding your parcel, please: send us a message via socials or Shopify or an email, our contact details: lads@glossyboys.com.au and we can investigate further. Please don’t panic, we’ll make sure your goodies are located one way or another!

PRE-ORDERS Can take time! Thank you for your kind patience while we work through them, we will let you know very clearly if any item you order is on PRE-ORDER don't stress! We also have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (postmarked receipt). Please ensure you read the instructions for the use of our product carefully, We to some effort to provide you with the understanding that Glossy Boys is a personal care product, so as such cannot be exchanged or refunded after use.

We will return the product under all circumstances if it:

  • is defective;

  • is unfit for the purpose you bought it for;

  • It does not match the description you gave the customer, e.g. does not match the photo on your website;

  • it was damaged in transit or never arrived

Also please note that at-home gel nail polish has special requirements for use (such as UV Lamps for drying our Gel Nail Polish) and that nail polish and removal products require storage and handling with care. Parcels should not be left in locations where extreme heat may affect the product, please be mindful when choosing your ultimate destination of the environment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Overseas? We ship to the United States, Canada and New Zealand. Please be patient as we are governed by shipping times dictated to us, human hands pack and send your rad order!

To return your product, please mail your product to PO Box 6082, Swanbourne, WA 6010.

You will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Best if we know so we can help, random Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once the shipping service has dropped off your parcel it is no longer tracked and not our responsibility, please take care to nominate a safe location or arrange to pick up a parcel at a secure point if you are worried. All care will be taken and we welcome your feedback, but we are not responsible after the package has left the shipping service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (our products are beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
